Muy viejo el hotel! Falta mantenimiento

El restaurante es lo mejor ahí; en sus platillos servicio y rapidez una tradición de Dgo sus enchiladas de mole delicioso !

Excelente sitio, vista increíble , céntrico, cómodo, limpio, personal muy amable, desayunos deliciosos. Sin duda volveré. Estuve muy contenta esos días, descansé mucho.

Una vista inmejorable del Centro Histórico, una habitación muy amplia, limpia y cómoda, servicio y atención excelente.

Great location. Clean. Elevator. Our room (Dolores Del Rio Suite) was very spacious with great city views. The staff is helpful and honest. We were overcharged upon checking in (I didn't know) and the desk personel notified us and refunded the difference. I would highly recommend it.

Lamentablemente no fue nada grata la estadia, mobiliario viejo y en mal estado, tanto que al bajar la palanca del inodoro se quebró, este es solo un ejemplo de todo lo que nos paso.

Great staff. Clean room. Delicious breakfast with authentic Durango flavors. The hotel is located close to everything: Cathedral, plaza, market, etc. and the area feels safe and secure!!

Great service but the hotel is not too good

Towels were dirty and the air conditioner was not working. Evade this dump.

Room was ok, it was a place to stay. It wasn’t that clean, had old carpet, and the chair in the room was stained. Parking was safe, Durango is quiet, and the location was great.

Habitación con excelente limpieza y personal amable

I booked with a little bit of skepticism, however when I arrived staff was very helpful and friendly. My room in the fifth floor had a great view overlooking the city with a big windows. Mary the cleaning lady did an outstanding job keeping the room clean.
