We loved the rooftop balcony here overlooking the Cathedral. This is where we would unwind and have a few drinks and snacks before retiring to bed. Their cocktail Tamarindo Mezcalitos is highly recommended! Close to Zocalo area and is pretty much walking distance to all the touristy places we visited. Breakfast here had a ton of options and everything was delicious - from the Menudo, the Chilaquiles and the special homemade bread they have everyday. We stayed in the family room which is pretty roomy for just the 2 of us - slept comfortably here and we also had access to the balcony on our floor as well.

I had an amazing experience staying here. The staff were very friendly helpful and hospitable. I felt as if I was home. They have fruits/snacks around the hotel lobby which gave it that at home/help yourself vibe. My family enjoyed themselves here. They offered access to their affiliates car service and that was helpful arriving to the airport. Thank you again for making us feel welcomed. The hotel buffet was delicious.

The newly constructed Pyramid Tower offers comfortable accommodations with private beds, clean bathrooms, and balconies overlooking the Cathedral. In addition to complimentary bottled water in the room, the lobby provides free bottled cold water, hot coffee or tea, cookies, fruits, and chips. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, particularly Veronica and Sarah who provided invaluable assistance with our inquiries and needs. The hotel is conveniently located in the historic district, offering a wide range of dining and shopping options. Uber is available at reasonable prices, and the hotel also provides affordable car service. The Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe is within a short 10-minute drive. This hotel is highly recommended, and we intend to return during our next visit to Mexico City.

Very nice stay for me and the family. We stayed during the first week of the World Cup. Breakfast was great and the staff always made sure we were taken care of. Loved the access to el zocalo and into the WC fan fest!

Location is excellent. The only comment I have is for breakfast. Chef needs to be trained for hygiene . Touching cooked food with bare hands is not healthy . Breakfast Buffett can be prepared before guests arrive at 7:30.

Habitación muy bonita y limpia, con una buena vista a la ciudad. El personal siempre atento. Ubicación excelente para caminar en todo el centro histórico. El desayuno muy rico.

Very good place to stay, It is inside Mexico city downtown, very convenient, good rooms very clean, It is a very good place for the travelers to stay and spend time. More over not expensive compared to 5 start, giving there facility on par with 5 Star Un lugar excelente para alojarse. Está situado en el centro de la Ciudad de México, lo que resulta muy práctico; las habitaciones son buenas y están muy limpias. Es un sitio magnífico para que los viajeros se hospeden y disfruten de su estancia. Además, no es costoso en comparación con los hoteles de 5 estrellas, a pesar de ofrecer instalaciones y servicios a la altura de esa categoría.
