The outside area was tatty and needs a good tidy/clean up. There were no hand towels downstairs and only one tea towel. The most annoying thing was some of the tvs didn’t work. Apart from these points, we enjoyed our stay and the house is generally very good.

Lovely, well presented large property. Plenty of room for our 3 dogs in the kitchen diner. Secure rear yard was a good bonus. Very well equipped for our needs. Perfect location for exploring that part of the Norfolk coast. Within an easy stroll to a wonderful dog friendly no restrictions beach. Old Hunstanton Beach Cafe us well worth a visit. (Super food). Would certainly check Troon Cottage's availability should we go that way again.
