Let me start by saying we got to the hotel around 11:00 pm. There was no parking I mean 1 that was outside the parking lot of the hotel on the street which I refused to park. The person at the front desk was smoking in his car and I let him know so he moved his car and let me park in his “spot” which was not a spot but safer in front of the office rather than on the street. We get in the room and the A/C was not on (keep in mind this is during a heat wave and we were on the 2nd floor and they have no elevator). I am a single mom my daughter is 1, thankfully I had my mom w me so she could watch the baby while I took things up and down. When I go to take a shower you can’t turn the water on, while we called the front several times I gave up and got ready for bed without a shower. I called 1 last time 30 mins later and he finally picked up and said oh you have to pull then turn for the shower to work. By then we had already booked another room for the following night. The next morning my mother went in to tell them we weren’t staying bc we didn’t feel safe to which the response was ok you need to go to Expedia to get a refund for the night. Needless to say the reason we will never stay here is lack of parking and care for customer service.
I will say they sent a text asking about our stay which my mother replied and they responded saying they issued a refund. It’s so sad the only decent communication we got was after we left.
