Had a very enjoyable stay, staff are really helpful.

Parking was an issue but we did find a car park about 10 mins away. Hotel was nice and clean , rooms were small and shower was tiny . Rooms were adequate but wouldn’t want be longer than a few days as a week would have been a struggle. Very welcoming staff and very helpful .

Staff were lovely. Sunday dinner very nice. Location great. Just let down by a not so clean & very tired room. Also the light in the hall was on through the night which shone right under the door, so we both had a poor night sleep. Second night we had to lay a towel at the bottom of the door. I'm afraid we wouldn't stay here again, which is a shame.

No answer from doorbell for 10 minutes after banging on the door too. In the end some customers let us on. Told the staff and they weren't bothered. Room small. Curtains wouldn't close fully. Could hear the TV in the room next to us. Breakfast was cold and soggy

The location is perfect for all leisure , social and shopping activities !! My room was small but it was clean , warm and comfortable and just about right for the single person !! With the age of the property the floors and ceiling are particularly weak and if you have a noisy guest above you ! Then it can be a tad disconcerting when you hear loud bangs upstairs !!! But overall I enjoyed my stay. 😃👏

Excellent position on thr North Shore near the pier. Clean hotel with friendly staff.

I had only a room rate, so didn't have the breakfast. The room was very comfortable, very well maintained. The staff were always cheerful and friendly, happy to help. The location is brilliant, right near the beach and right by the town centre. All in all it was a way of feeling comfortable and 'at home' on a small budget. I'd recommend the place. Thanks.

A good basic hotel. Clean rooms good prices. Helpful and pleasant staff. Despite cold weather, rooms warm. Bedroom and bath rooms small.

Awful experience a family member passed away and there ignoring expidiea for the refund

Was able to drop my bag off early as I arrived before noon but check-in was from 3pm. Very pleasant helpful man took my bag and stored it safely behind Reception. Everywhere was clean and cared for, only downside was the timing of my visit, Storm Claudia made it hard work going to and from the hotel in the strong winds and heavy rain which were obviously worse on the seafront.
