Good location and great apartment with all the needed amenities for a short stay away from home.

We saw great reviews for this posting and wanted to try it. Our experience was extremely poor. The unit was filthy. There was sand in the entry hall, shampoo splattered on the bathroom wall, and dust everywhere. On top of that, they never sent us our check in code and unit information, so we arrived at 3pm and had to contact them! Their advertised "free Go3 TV" access code was clearly being shared with other units and so the TV kept kicking us out for "too many people on this subscription." When we tried to reach out to the "virtual front desk" for assistance, we did not get a reply EVER. We also paid extra for a space that would sleep 3, and it was a loveseat placed in the entry hallway! Our unit also had windows to the courtyard, which meant we could hear everyone's noisy heat pumps running through the night, as they have all the units under the windows in the courtyard. Not at all what we hoped for. Would never stay here again.

The apartment was warm in the Winter, with a comfortable bed.

Kitchen only had one large pot, no frying pan salt or oil. Very very basic. Microwave and washing machine both worked well.

Apartment was clean and warm. Upon arrival there was a a couple of missing kitchen utensils which was resolved very quickly when I contacted the Apartments so, well done!!! They are in a great location for exploring the city centre and old town.

Spotless apartment. Very easy instructions on how to access the property. Great size.

The hotel was fine. Breakfast was also good but there could be more options. Sausages could be more fresh

The location of the apartments is excellent, close to attractions and plenty of cafes & restaurants & within walking distance of supermarkets for self catering! We stayed in the family apartment and found it very clean with sufficient kitchen equipment to allow self catering. A toaster would have been nice and a small brush & pan to clean crumbs etc would help. The only downside is traffic noise for light sleepers but I did get used to it! The air conditioning was great as there was a heatwave while we were staying and we appreciated the luggage lockers on our final day, as our flights were in the evening but we had to be out for 11. Overall it was an excellent experience.

Great location in Kaunas and easy to travel around. Clean and good instructions to arrive. Extra bed was small and would be more suitable for 2 people, not 3.

Majoitus paikka oli erittäin siisti ja viihtyisä. Vuodesohva oli todella epämukava ja osaa huoneiden ikkunoita ei saanut peitettyä muuta kuin valkoisella harsoverholla, joten illalla nukkumaan mennessä huone oli todella valoisa. Lisäksi viereisen tien liikenteestä tuli varsinkin illalla/yöllä häiritsevää meteliä.
