We arrived late and the security guard helped us enter the hotel and check in quickly which was appreciated so late at night. Additionally the cleaning staff was very helpful when we had a question. The water got hot quickly which was nice and the room had everything we needed!! Great location, near everything!!

El personal de entrada muy amables. Nos ayudaron a guardar las maletas antes del check in. El cuarto podría mejorar, estuvimos en el 405 y hace muchísimo calor, incluso con el ventilador que hay, tal vez podrian dar agua

Horrible! No puedes dormir por el ruido, para acabarla de escuchar todo del otro lado de la pared, había muchísimo frío y el aire acondicionado no lo puedes manipular!!! Es general!! Las ventanas son muy delgadas, todo el ruido traspasa.

La habitación estaba muy bonita y limpia, el personal fue muy amable, y el ambiente es muy agradable. Sé encuentra en una ubicación muy céntrico

Traffic noise from the streets at night was an issue to us. The shower water pressure was not very good. Yellow stains on the sheet.

The room was perfect, even tho I’m used to an AC, the fan was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom real good. The bathroom was a little dirty (hairs in the shower and the shower has rust) but I’m not that picky, the water temperature was perfect. The spaces are very good and the rooftop is a nice space.

El lugar está muy bien ubicado y el personal es amable, lo único es que si te molesta el ruido este no es tu lugar pues se escucha todoooo y música, aunque dejan tapones para oídos yo la verdad duermo bien aunque haya ruido pero si no eres de esos mejor piénsalo y en segunda pues no había plancha en la habitación lo cual nos afectó un tanto porque necesitábamos planchar camisas, de ahí en más todo bien

Me gustó el concepto, las áreas comunes para largas estancias están muy bien. La habitación es cómoda y cuenta con lo necesario. No tenía AA, pero no fue necesario. La ubicación también me gustó, en la zona tienes acceso a comida deliciosa, transporte y diversión. El único inconveniente que encontré es el ruido de los bares cercanos que es un poco alto, por lo que si tienes que descansar para un largo día de trabajo al día siguiente, es probable que eso sea un impedimento. Aunque en la habitación te dejan tapones para los oídos, sino estás acostumbrado a utilizarlos tampoco es una solución.

Todo estuvo muy bien. El personal fue muy atento y servicial. Sin duda alguna volveré a hospedarme la próxima vez que vaya a la CDMX.
