Excelent food

Hotel Casa Bansley is a lovely, small boutique hotel—clean, beautifully landscaped, and very thoughtfully maintained. The breakfast was great, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The only downside was some road noise in the mornings, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. A peaceful, cozy place I’d happily return to!

I felt like I was at a Family house the service was amazing. Julio, Cesar the chef and receptionist made us feel special. I got sick one of the days and asked if they had chicken broth. They went out and cooked my broth. They went out of their way!!! I appreciated Would love to come back for sure!! Margarita

Lovely garden. Quaint decor

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel decor was a bit old and tired. Facilities were clean but there was no houskeping for 4 days. Not a problem for me but it may be for others.

What a beautiful property, the accommodations were great, it felt like I was staying at a friend’s house. Walking distance to the arch and the square. Very friendly staff. There is a restaurant in site.

Hotel and staff were great. No one spoke English, Nice garden area. Busy street next to bedroom. Noisy, but any downtown hotel would have been noisy.

I love Casa Bansley. It is a gem in Antigua, for those who want a quiet place to enjoy the sights of the city

The hotel is beautiful. We loved the details and the decor. The staff were friendly and very eager to assist with any of our questions. Our room was extremely clean and the housekeeper did an excellent job cleaning the room during our stay. The food was delicious. The welcome letter left by the owner was really nice. We loved our stay and will definitely stay again.

All 3 total rooms are very but only one his A/C .. so be mindful

Loved this little hotel, it felt like a home away from home. Friendly and accommodating staff and I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. The other reviews about the road noise are accurate, but I expect that can be said for other hotels in the city center - bring some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper!!!

One of my favorite hotel stay values anywhere I have traveled. The rooms were spacious, bed was comfortable, the hotel grounds beautiful and the staff was amazing. I was in town for vacations, some school, and working remotely - wifi was great, the room or comfortable lobby area was perfect to spend my work part of my stay. Food was great. 10 minute walk to city center. I definitely recommend Hotel Casa Bansley!

This is a beautiful property with lovely staff but it backs onto a very busy street that is extremely noisy from about 5am to midnight. My bathroom could’ve been cleaner but it was acceptable.

Es un lugar super recomendable!! Llegamos antes del horario de check in y ya tenían lista nuestra suite, todo el staff es súper atento y servicial, tienen una muy buena actitud y las habitaciones son muy cómodas y bonitas! La comida es muy rica y las áreas verdes son muy agradables para desayunar (tienen la opción de la terraza, jardín o habitación) El staff nos ayudó a coordinar un tour y ofrecen servicio de transportación con bebidas en la transportación Sin duda es un lugar al que volveremos a hospedarnos! Nos hicieron sentir como en casa.
