Hotel staff are nice. They try their best to help. Breakfast is good. Very close to Osh Bazaar. Close to the city center.

Cons of this hotel
1. The address is incorrect, so taxi drivers get confused.
2. The front desk staff don't speak English.
Poor customer service.
3. The free breakfast is terrible.
4. There's no refrigerator in the room.
