Great hotel in a convenient location. Comfortable bed, spacious room and great shower. The room was very clean and staff were lovely. Check in took a long time though, the same two people kept tending to one customer at a time whike several guests waited; but perhaps they were having computer issues. I would recommended this hotel.

Hotel staff are nice. They try their best to help. Breakfast is good. Very close to Osh Bazaar. Close to the city center.

Cons of this hotel 1. The address is incorrect, so taxi drivers get confused. 2. The front desk staff don't speak English. Poor customer service. 3. The free breakfast is terrible. 4. There's no refrigerator in the room.

So nice and friendly staff! They took care for all questions and were very-very nice and helpful. Very positive experience. Thank you!
