I sincerely hope your request is successful and that I receive the refund for my one-night stay. The chaos of duplicate room bookings arose due to two tour operators canceling my booked tour at the very last minute, which forced me to seek alternative activities for my trip to Patagonia. While this situation was unfortunate, it is in no way a reflection of the hotel’s quality—just a bit of bad luck on my part in planning. Despite this, my trip has been wonderful, and I definitely plan to return to Puerto Natales, possibly staying at your hotel again. Thank you once again for everything!

Excelente servicio. Muy atentos. Mi habitación era de 3 personas porque no encontré de 4, y me dejaron pasar sin costo a mi hijo de 5 años, incluso hasta me ofrecieron desayuno sin costo para el. La ubicación muy buena, la calle te lleva al centro que está a 4 cuadras, y está casi pegado al mar, con unas vistas increíbles. La habitación muy cómoda, limpia y en excelentes condiciones

Clean, updated, and beautifully designed. Had its own small parking lot, which was very helpful. Only a couple blocks from the water and had a fantastic view from our room. Generous breakfast. The lady who checked us in was so helpful and nice.

We loved our 3-night stay here. It is close to the Torres del Paine National Park entrance, very clean, and both breakfast and dinner are included. There is free parking on site if you need it for a rental car. We highly recommend this property.

Pristine Patagonia is a great choice in Puerto Natales, especially for a short stay. It’s a relatively new property, very comfortable, and an easy walk from the city centre. Rooms are simple and well done, the breakfast is minimal but good, and having on-site parking was a big plus. We stayed just one night and found it extremely convenient and easy - would happily stay again.
