I sincerely hope your request is successful and that I receive the refund for my one-night stay. The chaos of duplicate room bookings arose due to two tour operators canceling my booked tour at the very last minute, which forced me to seek alternative activities for my trip to Patagonia. While this situation was unfortunate, it is in no way a reflection of the hotel’s quality—just a bit of bad luck on my part in planning. Despite this, my trip has been wonderful, and I definitely plan to return to Puerto Natales, possibly staying at your hotel again. Thank you once again for everything!

Pristine Patagonia is a great choice in Puerto Natales, especially for a short stay. It’s a relatively new property, very comfortable, and an easy walk from the city centre. Rooms are simple and well done, the breakfast is minimal but good, and having on-site parking was a big plus. We stayed just one night and found it extremely convenient and easy - would happily stay again.

Really enjoyed my stays at Pristine Patagonia Hotel! Stayed there the night before my trek at Torres Del Paine National Park and the night after. Bed was super comfortable, rooms were very clean, quiet and the breakfast was great with plenty of healthy options. Staff were extremely friendly! Would definitely stay here again!

The staff were amazing! They gave us lots of information about visiting and hiking in Torres del Paine. And also helped us book a couple of activities. The hotel itself is really nice. No frills but a clean and comfortable place. It has a decent room with lovely views of the water and is located within walking distance to restaurants. The shower was really good with hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was good with hot options available. Overall it was a lovely stay.

Great staff especially Daniella and Vanessa. They made my stay pleasant. Suggesting places to eat and go around. I had a rather complicated stay arrangement as I did W Trekking in between stays but they didn’t mind to help with unique arrangements. Room is clean. Bathroom works perfectly. The hotel location is right by the shore. It’s very convenient to go to the downtown as well.
