Staff professional, room was cleaned, and food was good.

I didnt like the fact that i asked for wake up call for my flight and that did not come thru

A very good place to stay, price is fair, the breakfast menu is scarce, would be great to incorporate more options, Aslo please add food warmer to keep food warm. Overall good.

2 pools and great grounds

Staff wasn’t particularly unfriendly, but not very friendly and helpful. I was denied food because my room number was not on some list until the receptionist intervened and allowed me to get something from the restaurant, which served cold plasas for 250 NLe 💸 I asked if I could pay using USD and they said yes, but wouldn’t give me my change in the restaurant, they said they would bring my change to my room, which they never did. Other than the restaurant troubles the place was nice, clean, comfortable, and had amenities such as running (& hot) water, ac, and stable electricity.
