The location is fully remodeled. All rooms were cleaned and quiet. The pool looks cleaned. The staff was so friendly. Plenty of parking space available and secured. They are pet friendly. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Very beautiful room!

Everything was great except the WiFi wouldn’t work. They had a nice pool and a playground for the kids which they loved. The room was clean and had ocean views. The little patio was nice to have. Overall a good stay but I marked down a star for the WiFi.

Es muy confortable el hotel, limpio, todo nuevo, atencion, servcio. La palya esta a unos pasos, es importante llevar toallas para la playa.

Todo estaba super bien, solo un conector de la luz estaba sin energía, tuve que conectar mi celular en el escritorio y era enfadoso por que uno duerme con el celular cerca

Nuestra primera vez en Puerto Peñasco y en Costa Elegante. Limpio a pesar de que todavia está en construcción una parte, amabilidad y muy buena atención de los empleados. Recomendadisimo. Esperamos que para nuestra proxima visita esté listo su Restaurante. Gracias por su cortesía.

The property is perfect! The only thing that was annoying was the placement of the toilet! Very tight fit in between the vanity and shower glass wall. Besides that, everything was great!

Fantastic location! Less than 5 minutes from everything (the beach, the malecón, Sam’s, Walmart, etc) 100% recommended. They don’t have restaurant yet but they are building it, in 6 months should be good to go. Manny’s is right across the street so, you can get all food you want there.

Good all over. But no hot shower and wifi was not stable…

The location couldn't be better, a few minutes walk to the beach. We found wonderful restaurants up the beach especially Angel's. We had a 4th floor ocean view room and it was well worth the extra cost. The balcony was a great bonus. Construction is happening but we found it entertaining and not at all distracting. It will be an amazing place when complete. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and all very modern /sleek. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

We we're there for 2 days & had no TV service, we explained to the office personnel & but they never got back to us & never fixed.
