Hotel nuevo, limpio, cuarto amplio y bien ubicado. Tiene área del bar con mesas , pero les falta poner lo que sea una cafetera y poner el servicio del desayuno sencillo por la mañana

La alberca cumple con las necesidades y las habitaciones muy bien.

Hotel muy agradable, super bien situado. Las instalaciones son nuevas y esta decorado muy bonito. El unico problema q veo es q la zona del baño no tiene ninguna privacidad, ya q no hay puerta ni el inodoro ni en la zona de ducha.

Great place to stay in Holbox

We had a great time staying here. They just put a new bar in. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Mateo was awesome to work with. He provided us with a lot of options for local things to do.

Great place to stay. Central to all fun things and great staff and amenities.

Beautiful new properly, excellent design with a courtyard pool and visually stunning. Our room in the top floor was spacious and stylish. Didn’t want to leave.

Hotel muy cómodo y excelente servicio.

Très très grande et belle chambre avec 2 lits doubles. Très bel hôtel assez récent. Manue d’un petit frigo dans la chambre et la possibilité de prendre un café dans la chambre ou l’hôtel. Pas de petit déjeuner. La salle de bain ouverte sur la chambre… peut être bien dans certaines cas mais je n’imagine pas 4 amis ou famille avec ado… les toilettes sont ouvertes sur la chambre, séparés par un rideau…

Switched to this hotel after a bad experience at another near by hotel. Best decision we could have made. Staff were all very helpful and always smiling. The room wasn’t fancy but it was quite large, well stocked and clean. The location was also great. Close to the busy areas and beaches but far enough away to be quiet at night. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Gorgeous spacious room with high ceiling, plenty of light and very comfortable bed. Location couldn’t have been better and nighttime noise better than many places we’ve stayed in Mexico. Quad bikes and motorbikes settle down after 11pm and not much music heard after 12. Occasional barking. Staff were all so lovely.

Muy bonita y amplia la habitación la adore,funciona muy bien el agua caliente,muy limpia y tiene un decorado muy agradable,te tienen todo lo necesario como tosllas faciales,toallas de baño,champu,gel de baño,vasos.Era mi cumpleaños y me tenian decorada la habitación con toalla en forma de pastel,la atencion de Guadalupe fue esmerada todo el tiempo.lo unico que para mi fue algo a recomendar es que las escaleras son unnpoco peligrosas porque no tienen barrandas. La verdad lo recomiendo mucho

Ett väldigt mysigt och annorlunda hotell. Personalen Mateo var mycket hjälpsam, trevlig och positiv. Nära till strand och centrum. Extra plus är vilda tvättbjörnar som springer fritt på hotellet.

Location is excellent. It is close to multiple dining options and a short walking distance to the beach. Our room was nice and clean and bed was comfortable. Plus the staff were all kind and helpful. Only downside is the noise level from the bar up the street which made it difficult to sleep some nights. Otherwise, we would highly recommend this place and would stay here again in the future.

Hotel is beautiful, staff were great, Mateo and Lupita were very friendly and helpful with recommendations on what to do or go in the island. The only negative thing there was no water one morning to shower but the fixed the problem.
