Das Zimmer war geräumig und größtenteils sauber, nur die Mikrowelle war sehr dreckig. Dass es Verdunkelungsvorhänge gibt, ist nicht richtig - ab 5 Uhr morgens ist das Zimmer extrem hell und ich konnte nur mit Schlafmaske und Ohrenstöpseln schlafen. Der Check In Code wurde mir um 14:58 Uhr geschickt, das sollte früher passieren. Ich hatte schon angerufen und gefragt, ob alles richtig ist. Das kostete etwas Nerven, sonst war alles in Ordnung.

Family friendly. Excellent location. Fantastic room excellent location. All communication with the property is conducted via their Kabin app. I was not a fan of this approach. The room code that was provided at check-in did not work. After a long day of travel to get to the property, it was frustrating and exhausting to no be able to access the room and not have a live person to assist. An acces code to enter the building is also provided in the app but on the 3rd day, the app may have glitched because the building entry code disappeared from the app. Both issues were rectified fairly promptly but still caused quite an inconvenience and discomfort when we could not gain entry to the building after a day enjoying the city. Other than those two significant disruptions, the rings were fantastic, the washing machine and drying racks were very useful and the entire experience was excellent.

The room is clean but dusty. Shops are walking distance 5 to 15 minutes walk to all the shops

Hôtel pratique, bien équipé et très bien situé ! Vue sur autoroute, et donc un peu bruyant. Mieux vaut avoir un téléphone avec vous, car il n’y a pas de réception, ni personnel sur place, et le digicode est capricieux. Nous avons dû les appeler 3/4 fois durant le séjour.

Very fun place to stay with plenty of room for my group. Walking distance to shops.

Good location and suite was well maintained. Floor needs a proper cleaning. Room where toilet is has a foul smell. Needs deodorizing. All amenities provided - washer, toothbrushes, etc. great shower with nice hot water. Would rate average for the price.

We got a way bigger suite that I thought we would that was a really nice surprise. Room are big and comfortable. You can hear noise from road but nothing that would disturb your sleep. Everything available so we could cook our own breakfast which is great are everything around ( in Japan) open late!

가족여행으로 오사카 간다면 오리 니폰바시 추천합니다 위치도 역에서 멀지 않고, 조용한 곳에 위치하고, 라이프 마트도 근처라 좋습니다 조금 아쉬운건 현관문 보조 잠금장치가 없고요 금고가 없어서 귀중품을 보관하기가 아쉬웠어요 그리고 윗층 층간소음이 조금 있더라고요 그래도 다시 오사카를 간다면 여기로 갈듯해요

hotel was clean and very spacious. had all the necessary amenities, even a washer. there are restaurants nearby. shopping areas is about a 15 min walk.
