Room was clean. TV worked. WiFi details were not shared during checkin. No fridge in room. Breakfast was crowded, warm, few items, less availability, plates were not available when asked, had to wait a long time! Toilet didn’t have tissues, I asked for it and someone brought it to room. Thank you.

Extremely clean and well-appointed rooms. Staff was very polite and helpful. Close to the main attraction - the Thanjavur temple. We had a great time in Thanjavur and at this hotel.

Unfortunately we couldn’t stay at the emerald. The ac was broken and we were only informed once we arrived. We stayed at their other inn which was not similar to the emerald and what our expectations were. Disappointed in our stay.
