We stayed in room 1B in the Vernon Place Courtyard. Was a really convenient location right in the town centre, so all the shops and amenities that location offers. Excellent communication from our host and plenty of easy free overnight parking nearby in the council car parks (free after 8pm till 8am or 10am on Sundays at time of review) . It seems obvious in hindsight but only feedback is the images on Hotel.com and other sites are a mixture of all the different rooms they manage in that courtyard area, and i think, from what i can tell 1B is maybe probably the least extravagant and simplest of the available rooms in the Vernon Place portfolio compared to the other images. But that's not really a complaint... and not sure what can be done about that apart from having different online listings for each room individually? It was absolutely great for what we needed - a comfy, simple room just for an overnight short-stay. Was tidy and very clean, instant electric shower worked well, and the kitchenette was useful for some basic level self-catering. Main thing for us: At the price it was excellent value for money compared to other hotels and BnBs in the area. Zero complaints and would stay again if i'm ever in Cheltenham town centre. big thanks !

Fantastic location for town access and all that Cheltenham has to offer. Even though 1B is quite small it has everything needed for a short stay and is comfortable and very clean. Great communications too. Would recommend to others wanting easy access to Cheltenham town.

Host communication is very good. Location and amenities excellent. Would book again. Be aware that the ally leading to the accommodation is scruffy but the cottage is in a little quiet oasis.

Excellent quiet location, close to the high street with lots of options for eating out.Well maintained property, nice and clean. Overall 5/5 Single traveller, business trip.
