Really bad experience. First night there was a loud party next door and we couldn’t fall to sleep, they move us to a different room but the sewer smell was terrible. No hot water, no elevator really bad experience.

Great location, staff are amazing. Will say for the area and the rooms are great for eating breakfast, then doing your tours and returning to relax and grab dinner at the hotel, or near bye location.

Ok place to spend the night

Lugar cómodo y limpio. Excelente atención de los empleados. Falta mejorar el mantenimiento de las instalaciones, la regadera estabaa completamente tapada y la TV es muy complicada de manejar.

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, hay tiendas, farmacias, restaurantes, bancos, e incluso agencias de paseos muy cerca. Su alberca está practica y el restaurant tiene muy buen sazón

Hotel limpio y bien ubicado, habitación grande y cama cómoda, pero las almohadas inmensas y duras! Para mi gusto solo cambiarlas

Agradable estancia, sin ruidos. cerca de bancos, restaurantes y tiendas. recomendable!!

Nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitacion por el ruido de motores

No me gustó que haya mucho ruido el sábado por la noche, imposible dormir y al día siguiente no se aprovecha el viaje. Se siente poca privacidad y seguridad al estar en las habitaciones junto a la calle, cualquiera podría llegar. Me gustó el restaurante

The hotel was fine the problem was your website says the waterfall is a 1 minute walk that is not true..it was a 35min drive
