We had a great stay at Owen Villa. It was in a great location, really close to the seafront and all the shops, bars, and restaurants in the town centre. The house had loads of space, and was perfectly comfortable for our family of five - we particularly enjoyed the super comfy recliner sofas after a long day walking the Great Orme! Could see that parking could be an annoyance to some, especially if you're planning to use the car regularly during a stay. There isn't parking on the property and not much close by; though we were lucky and found a free space just along the road where the car stayed for the duration of our stay! There is reasonable paid-for parking available at the nearby B&Q store or at the Railway station. Only gripe with the house itself is that the bedroom TV didn't work(no signal), though very minor given how little of the stay we actually wanted to watch it! Overall we'd be delighted to stay again, and would happily recommend others to do so!

I emailed the property about 2 weeks ago prior to going through hotel .com and received nothing back. House was clean apart from under sofa which looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months considering they were recliner chairs and you could see right under. The bath had a crack in which was superficial but quite large and coat hangers in bedroom doors kept falling off randomly. Parking was none existent so ended up paying an extra £30+ in 2 1/2 days since we had two cars, if I’d have known that I would have booked a hotel/pub that had parking but that’s what I emailed about to get no response. Apart from that it was a good sized house for 6, close to everything in Llandudno but would book somewhere with parking next time

Excellent location, very central. The house itself was a great size for the group consisting of 4 adults and 2 children.
