The Room it's self was amazing. However with zero onsite staff.. it was very impersonal. There was no nearby parking and no advice was given as to where to park... the check in process was cumbsersom as no other place that I have stayed required scanning of passport..

Everything stood out, but here are my star picks: 1 * for the location 1 * for the ambience (and smell) of the foyer 1 * for the decor of the suite 1 * for the bath (bravo...lovelt touch) Why no fifth star? The bed! Everythig from the mattress to the sheets to the bed frame...absolute let down. Show potential to be perfect but unfortunately however nice everything else is, if your night sleep proves to be subpar then what's the point?!

Excellent location with parking options not too far away. The room was great, bathroom was excellent and bed was very comfy.

Absolutely beautiful room we stayed in the penthouse suite for our 10 year wedding anniversary and it was stunning! The view on the private balcony is lovely, the bath was massive and the little extras were lovely! Thank you.

Nice enough, however our room (the Pendock) needed some rugs to make it more cosy. The window blinds let too much light in and the bed was quite uncomfortable.

Beautiful room, easy check in, massive TV, great in room facilities (coffee machine, ironing, shower)

Absolutely beautiful room and bathroom. Tiny issue was it was a little chilly and we couldn’t get it to warm up. The manager did his best to help as it was late when we realised. However we were superbly cosy under the duvet and blanket anyway! The location was spot on. Beautiful area. The self check in was easy. Would be great to hire a few rooms and then use the kitchen and cellar room downstairs for group socialising. Thoroughly recommend.

Rooms very spacious and immaculately clean, very well designed and definitely worth the little extra considering nearly purple palace was £160 a night because there was a show on, multi storey carpark a few mins walk away and motorpoint arena is about 5 mins walk so works great if your going to a show and want to make a night of it, would definitely recommend

Can’t fault the room. Very comfortable and everything is beautifully done. However, the check-in process is an absolute nightmare. You have to scan images of your identity and then your face when it’s 10 o’clock at night and there is bad light everywhere. It took me about five or six attempts. Then you have to upload credit card details. It took about 10 minutes and was super frustrating. Completely unnecessary when other hotels who operate with a code base system for entry don’t do that. And every time you book it, you have to go through the same rigmarole.Unfortunately, it means I would definitely think twice before booking again.

Such a beautiful place to stay. The view from the rooftop, The room was immaculate, stunning design/interior. We loved it.

Only thing that would make it better is a hot tub on the terrace

The apartment did what it said on the tin. Spacious, clean, good facilities and comfortable. The checking-in procedure is a bit convoluted and needs fine-tuning but it didn't detract for our stay.
