The property was clean and within walking distance to train station. covered walkway all the way to the train station which is amazing. Very spacious room with 2 queen size bed, very generous for my needs (a couple) complete with washing machine. I'll certainly book this place again if I'm staying in Guangzhou.

Certain floor badly maintained and no air-conditioning and dim. Wifi slow.

Hard to find but helpful when you got there. It is with a bunch of other hotel names so that is why it was hard to find.

The sanitation conditions are poor.

Amazing service from the employees. Hotel is very clean, room service was great. Comfy beds and nice view. Hotel is connected to metro station and a mall!! Simply amazing!

Very clean rooms, staff will redo your bed sheets and change towels every night. Great location, a bunch of shops around the street, huge mall right underneath.

The unit is in good condition although there is some noticeable wear and tear. Very spacious and in a good location. Overall very good value for the price.

The location of this property is closed to many malls and eateries. Beijing Street is within walkable distance. Great location, friendly staffs and very comfortable beds.

Location was 5/5 right near Beijing rd, elevator is super slow and crowded, smokey supposedly non-smoking rooms, not the cleanest, fridge has stains, floor was sticky and dirty, walls were dirty, bathroom exhaust fan didn't work, hot water runs out in the shower so shower in the mornings, but view was nice and front desk service was top tier 10/10, they helped us out a lot booking taxis and getting parcels. Very easy to work with. Note: Washer ONLY no dryer, drying rack, clothes line.

Great location for metro lines, shopping, restaurants and close to Beijing pedestrian walking street Hotel is a bit outdated in decor but included convenient facilities in the room such as simple cooking facility, washing machine and outside balcony for drying clothes

Excellent location and good service.

The reception staff were very cooperative and helpful, assisting customers with utmost courtesy. The location is exceptionally convenient, being close to Beijing Street and having a metro station in the basement of the building. This allows you to easily reach Sanxilu (the street with European brands), the cosmetics market, the electronics market, the river, and most other areas without going out onto the street; simply go down to the basement and take the metro. Furthermore, the staff dedicate time to guiding and assisting customers, including providing luggage storage for those traveling to other cities.

Muy buena ubicación la recomiendo 100 % para lo que vamos a la feria de cantón. El metro está en frente y llegas en 20 min aproximadamente

Not much to say other than it was a very nice hotel. Very clean, great view, nice staff, very safe (had I'd barriers before the elevators etc.)

Mold in bathroom, hard mattress, dirty bed, AC controller only in chinese

Good location and shopping area with lots of choices of restaurants.
