Habitación limpia, exelente ibiva

Muy buen lugar y buena ubicación sercas de las líneas de metro

Sin lugar a dudas las cinco estrellas son para el personal, llegamos en medio de una falla eléctrica o algo parecido, no hubo wifi en 24 hrs sin embargo el recepcionista nos dio un upgrade para compensar, fue el más amable y flexible y cooperador en todo momento, todos los días no realizaron limpieza (trastes sucios y tendido de cama). Ojalá que al volver encontremos al mismo personal o gente tan amable y eficiente como ellos.

La habitación es amplia y bonita, el servicio de televisión e Internet muy malo. No llegaba la señal o se comportaba muy intermitente.

Hace falta mantenimiento a la propiedad

The location and the place overall are good. One area of opportunity would be the reception service, as the staff was not very welcoming, barely communicative, and not particularly service-oriented. It’s a shame, because a warmer and more attentive attitude would make a big difference in the overall experience.

This was without a doubt my worst ever experience at the hotel. Torn bed sheets, no real A/C (they had portable ones), terrible bathroom smell probably due to bad piping, physically aggressive personnel, horrible service. Nasty place over all. I give them one star just because I have to give them one on the rating scale and I can’t leave it at zero or negative stars. I recommend you never go there.

Muy agradable la estancia

Aire acondicionado muy ruidoso, falta de mantenimiento en baños. Fallo la energía eléctrica de la habitación, el personal no quiso apoyar, sugiriendo, que uno desconectará el aire acondicionado y pasar a así la noche y que hasta el día siguiente tendría respuesta a esta falla, Fue hasta que bajó un segundo huésped empezó a ver cómo resolver la falla. Resolvieron la falla, y volvió a ocurrir.

El personal fue muy amable, solo nos quedamos una noche pero nos pareció una buena opción respecto calidad-precio, la zona es buena y nos dejaron resguardar las maletas y cargar celulares tanto antes del check in como después del check out

El hotel no tenía agua caliente ni manera de comunicarse a recepción, la TV no fue buena tampoco

I made a reservation thru Expedia. My plane was landing around 11pm. I looked at the description and took the time to review that there would be personal upon my arrival and also message Casa Nou. I arrived at the property at around midnight and rang the bell several times, called the official number listed in their website and there was not answer whatsoever. I had to take a cab and look for accommodation at that time of the night. Needless to say, will never recommend Casa Nou! I’m requesting my refund from Expedia and I’m looking forward hearing the response of why this happened.

A/C units are extremely loud. Room square footage listed is inaccurate

Tiene lo indispensable.. Y si necesitas sartenes etc.. Solo los pides en recepción y amablemente te los proporcionan.

Clean rooms, courteous and helpful staff, good location, reasonable price.

Overall an ok stay. Location was close to condesa but not very pretty directly outside. The room we stayed in was ok after we switched from the initial room, the layout was not ideal of the first one we had (the bed had a window towards the internal courtyard and smelled weird). The second room was more spacious and clean but felt like it was still missing items to make it a convenient hotel. There were no full length mirrors, few hooks to hang towels and the bathroom got very wet after showering.

Ein etwas besseres Hostel! Total hellhörig. Keine Fensterisolierung, die ganz Nacht voller Straßenlärm. Pseudo Design: nur grau und beige, sehr deprimierend! Deshalb: sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!
