Well located but very noisy at night. Not aware that property was on 3rd floor or I might not have booked it because of luggage. People banged on the door several times at night. Smarter than shown in the ad. BUT the light in the bathroom kept flickering so badly that I turned it off. Bulbs were missing in the central light. A duvet was provided but it was too hot; when I kicked it off I was bitten 2 or 3 times - biting flies? - although I kept the door to the veranda shut becsuse of the noise. Surprised that the 'appartment' contained only 2 mugs, 1 spoon, 1 small sharpish knife, a kettle and small fridge. No plates knives and forks, glasses or means of heating food. I was given 3 codes, it took a while to work out which was relevant and when.
