It is better to be homeless than to be here. There rooms do not have water. There rooms do not have Wi-Fi. They know this and still list the rooms as such. There are TVS in the room but they dont work. The place smells of mildew. There is a big sticker in front saying the fire department found its a fire hazard. I paid for a room for 2 people. After all this they had the nerve to try to charge me for a towel saying they give 1 towel per room. Oh and after the sun goes down they have a bar where you can here them send karaoke all night. Reception refuses to give refunds and will also insist you only check in after 2pm

Dont ever stay here they dont clean your room or give you clean towels or bedding. The water turnes on about 3 times a day for 5 min and its very loud alot of prostitutes in and out. WORST PLACE IVE EVER STAYED

It was a headache. They sent a pre-arrival form that doesn’t do anything and does not work. You don’t know where to check in when you arrive, no clear signage. They did not give us keys when they told us the room number. No elevator. Unclean hallway. The fridge was not cleaned. Toiletries were only for 1 person, no towels. The cabinet was falling apart. They provided remote controls that are not working, no batteries. You need to call for them to give you the password for the wifi. The lock/doorknob was easy to break.
