Mostly good, but let down by the shower which was too small and difficult to operate. Breakfast was excellent. Not 24 hour reception.

I liked this hotel very much. However, my wife was bothered by the overuse of scent.

Kleines freundliches Hotel, sauber , Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich. Frühstück ausreichend und gut. Einziger Nachteil keine direkte Zufahrt zu Hotel.

Great friendly staff

It was a very pleasant stay again. I have been there a couple times already and the hotel is nicely allocated, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need. The only little downside is the parking situation. You have to park around 200m away on public parking spaces and that is for all day parking 16 EUR.

Das Appartement war seit Tagen nicht gelüftet und entsprach in der Raumeinteilung nicht unseren Erwartungen. Wir mussten für unseren Enkel das Frühstück extra bezahlen obwohl gebucht. Die Raumreinigung war schlecht, die Zimmerkarten funktionierten selten. Bewegungseingeschränkte Menschen können Badezimmer nicht nutzen, desweiteren nur Treppenaufgang, dessen Beleuchtung nicht funktioniert. Frühstück einförmig (deutsche Schwartau - Marmelade) und nicht regional.

Great staff. Very helpful. Hotel is in nice location inthe old town. Within 10 min walk from train station.

I traveled to our office in Kosice and was so happy I chose Chrysso. The room was huge (room 13) it was clean and had great amenities. I loved the breakfast and their small private courtyard. It is also super close to all the main attractions all walkable.

It was great, clean, friendly, modern, and in the heart of it all
