The room was okay but it was so basic. Bathroom was neatly the size of my bedroom (just enough room for my twin sized bed, wardrobe, coat rack, and a mini fridge). The door to my time terrified me; it looked like someone had broken in and then it was hastily repaired (it never looked closed even when it was closed and locked). It took me nearly 2 days to fall asleep in that room. I was promised an upgraded room (which I asked about repeatedly) but it never happened. The bear about my stay overall was the manager. He’s an angel. I only stayed because of him since his time was next to nine. He looked out for me daily and made me feel safe. My tour guide was amazing and friendly. She even helped me shop and accompanied me for lunch and dessert.

Longue attente à l'accueil. Impression de ne pas être attendues. Finalement hébergées dans un autre établissement avec promesse d'une chambre équivalente. Résultats : hébergement peu secure et ne correspondant en rien à nos choix.

Brilliant service all round, Mohammed is very helpful and good. He spends all day for his guests and sleeps in the reception area to be there for others and be helpful. The views are amazing and the owner is lovely as well and asks if there is anything you need. If there is a problem, they will fix it you only have to ask.
