Pathetic small rooms, dirty bedsheets with mud and hairs (replaced them but still very worm out sheets). Cockroaches in washroom, i left food out and saw a cockroach in the bag in the morning (threw all of it). They provided a bottle of water for 2 day stay and it was not even original. The cap of the bottle was different and already opened which means it was refilled. Extremely poor staff service, rude and stare you everytime. I went out around 12 and they handed me the keys to open locks and shutter. Staff had no clue that my stay was pay at hotel. I told them in the morning and they were like, i dont know, please pay now. Charged extra money(300rs) because i arrived 1:30 hour early. I have no complaint about the charge as i consider myself at fault for arriving early.
