Geraldine greeted us with a smile and kindness! The new construction is lovely, and all the amenities are clean and pleasant. The beach is just a 7-minute drive away. We were a bit taken aback by the price for such a wonderful place to stay and relax.

This was the perfect get away location. It was quiet and we felt very safe. The gated entry was a nice added security measure. The residences are located within walking distance of local grocery stores and only a mile and a half from Mead's Bay. I would definitely stay here again.

My recent stay at Genesis Residences in Anguilla was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked into the room, the cleanliness immediately stood out. It smelled amazing and was truly five-star clean — everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. The amenities were excellent and made the stay even more enjoyable. The property features a secure locked gate, which gave me peace of mind, a lovely pool area perfect for relaxing, and fresh, clean towels readily available. Every detail felt thoughtfully prepared for guests. What I appreciated most was how quiet and peaceful the atmosphere was. It made for a truly relaxing getaway. If I ever return to Anguilla, I will definitely be staying at Genesis Residences again. Highly recommended!

We stayed 4 nights in mid January 2026. The complex seems brand new. Everything high quality. Wonderful full size Samsung stacked W/D. We’ll Return. Geraldine the manager was on top of everything. We had superb daily cleaning. Not a grain of beach sand remained on the floors after superb daily cleaning. Beautiful, quiet, sheltered from high surf Cove bay beach at end of road. Renezvous Bay beach close. < 15 minutes drive to Meads Bay, Sharky’s restaurant, and 4 Seasons Lounge.

The only problem was where the Ac was located, so it was a little too warm
