Great location and very friendly staff

The room was ok simple with no luxury. If you are looking for something nice this is not it.

Habitación limpia, es la 2da vez que me hospedo, todo me pareció agradable. Lo único es que afuera están haciendo adecuaciones y al accesar uno mete mucha tierra

Segunda vez que nos hospedamos y muy bien.

El hotel está excelentemente ubicado. Es lindo. El personal es atento y servicial. Los cuartos están limpios y la decoración es bonita. La cama es cómoda y se duerme muy bien.

Todo muy bien excepto la insonorisacion, se escucha mucho todo lo exterior

El único detalle es que el estacionamiento está frente al hotel.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba de lo mejor

Habitaciones mal insonorizadas, hay un antro en el mismo edificio y usan el mismo elevador coincidiendo con personas alcoholizadas, el estacionamiento esta fuera de la propiedad no es exclusivo lo que hace que operatividad sea confusa, especialmente en fines de semana.

Things you don't know until you get there: NO parking available, construction occurring directly in front of hotel making entrance difficult to find, nightclub on top floor of building, no coffee available anywhere on the premises and makers not provided, unfinished concrete floors not often swept or mopped, NOISE NOISE & MORE NOISE. I stayed 4 nts & didn't get 1 full night's sleep. This is due to a combination of poor construction (rugs would help, insulation between walls instead of just drywall and double pane the windows to dull street noise) and the nightclub. I was on the 5th floor and the nightclub is on the 9th. Noise travels well here, in all directions. We won't mention the drunken population leaving/returning between 2-4 am. Positives: STAFF - very friendly and eager to help, if possible. Prime location for restaurants & bars & nightlife. Directly adjacent to Centro Historico and other attractions. Budget friendly. This is a great place if you're seeking LOTS of nightlife at a budget price point. If you are seeking quiet at night and coffee in the morning - stay elsewhere and definitely off the main drag; Avenida Chapultepec.

El hotel en general es excelente, las habitaciones muy limpias, frescas, las camas muy comodas y el servicio constante por parte del personal, muy dispuestos siempre a mantener en buenas condiciones las habitaciones y que el huesped disfrute de una buena estancia. La accesibilidad del hotel tambien es una caracteristica que brinda mucha facilidad al huesped.

Muy bien
