Friendly responsive staff, clean room, safe building.

Todo muy bien, muy recomendable. Cómodo, limpio, bien decorado y equipado y fueron amables. Lo único "raro" fue que no limpiaron el cuarto al segundo día ¿?

Todo increíble

Room was not only spotless, but very spacious, modern, new and had real, live and healthy plants! The roof was quiet with a big balcony, the wifi worked well, water was hot, and the area around the hotel was extremely convenient. The staff too was professional and helpful. Literally nothing not to like.

The apartment is gorgeous, clean, and the bed very comfortable! The location is also very convenient😊

Location, cleanliness, security

Ótima localização, apartamentos em bom estado, modernos e com cozinha porém água fria no banho. Como estava com criança, isso contou bastante!

The location was good. The kitchen was clean though the drain had a smell.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. It is more like an apartment than a hotel and we were made to feel right at home.

I stayed there twice, on two separate occasion. My first time they didnt had the a/c remote so it was incredibly hot in almost all of the rooms. My second time they put me on the first floor and even with earbuds i could hear everyone above. Ive done other airbnb in mexico and this was one of the worst. It looks pretty but its about it.

Very well located but can be loud at night (they provide earplugs so it was all good for me!) very beautiful rooms, well decorated and charming! Super safe and walkable. The only thing is that one of my unit was missing the a/c control so i was only able to put it in the bedroom- the living room was so damn hot it was near impossible to stay in it.

Definitely not for sensitive ears. I didn’t have a problem but might be for you. Incredible location. The cafe downstairs is a plus. Get a room!

El apartamento está muy bien cuidado y limpio, esta bien ubicado y la estancia fue agradble

Better than expected that’s all I can say. Staff were pretty nice and kind, room was very clean, they have hot water and all the stuff that you need to make yourself home, they even have coffee and tea! There’s no dryer but that’s expected. 10/10 experience, will 100% go again.

Buen servicio y atención por parte de los guardias de seguridad. El lugar es muy cómodo y cuenta con las amenidades necesarias. Un poco ruidoso el exterior pero entendible por la zona en la que se encuentra, la cual está llena de opciones para lo que se te ocurra hacer. Solo me hubiera gustado que las indicaciones dentro del hotel estuvieran en Español e Inglés y no solamente en inglés ya que a final de cuentas, es Ciudad de México! Y los huéspedes no siempre serán gente extranjera que sabe inglés.

Clean room, a lot of restaurants nearby and very good walking distance

We stayed for a week and absolutely loved both the place and the area! We’ll definitely be back the next time we visit CDMX. :)
