Wifi not working at all. Waited more than an hour to finally get a change of room. Otherwise all else was ok.

Clean and comfort. Bathroom with bath tube. The only thing not good is no wash machine.

The location is great and check in is easy. Instruction is clear and room is spacious and clean.

Generally, the unit is well-kept and well-equipped with oven, refrigerator, washing machine and hair-dryer. Kitchen ware was also available.

Average place to stay, but the person in charge is superb in communicating. Very commendable.

Generally clean and very convenient location, right next to KSL mall. However take note no interconnect. You will need to perform self service check in and check out by collecting keys from letter box. You will also need to throw all rubbish yourself during check out. Room and toilet is clean.

Overall had a pleasent stay.

We enjoy stay this hotel, the water so far not hot.

Place was clean but there were leftover food left in the fridge that was not clear. Unit does not equip with storage heater therefore the bathtub seem to be useless with the instant heater. The instant heater was not very hot as well.

Like the location which convenient for shopping and lot of food. Not happy paying deposit on line which I having problem which the staffs didn't help to solve and persistently insisted us to try. Luckily met ERA agent Janice Mah help us to call and finally paid deposit to cleaner. I would like to thanks Janice heartedly as she is helpful, patience, trusted agent who helped us for the check in. Thanks again to Janice.

No internet for the 2days stay. Network show Connected without Internet.

Overall very comfortable

Okay to stay but quilt was very small not enough for 2 person. Warm water not coming with slow water flow. Odd small on the floor looks like dust bin kept there.

Overall stay was pleasant.

Nice view, spacious, clean

The overall cleanliness was good for this property. Communication with lease agent was responsive and attentive. Checking in and out was a breeze.
