Rooms were not clean, they were stinking

Excellent Hotel and very close to the US Embassy. Whoever comes for visa interview in Chennai should choose Sea Shell Park Hotel. Staff was supportive, friendly and polite.

I booked an all inclusive package. The guy at the reception didn't offer anything. As part of all inclusive & VIP package, the customer is entitled to Packaged Drinking Water & Food. The rooms are as terrible as they can get. No soap/brush kit provided, Shower doesn't work. Very bad and ugly/dirty bucket & mug provided. Bed, blanket or the bedsheet were unwashed. Stay away is one advise. There are other hotels nearby maybe better than this one.
