The room was not ready and the staff was not able to confirm our booking and didn’t know that we have a booking. They took pictures of our room booking. Could not provide a room right away. It’s a very suspicious place. The few rooms on the top floor is so called hotel with unprofessional environment. There are other private owner or apartments at the same floor and in other floors. Road is very bad conditions and only one car can drive to the hotel . We have to go out to find other hotel to avoid any kind of trouble at night . Be careful.

Llegamos a la madrugada y la habitación no estaba lista, y nos hicieron esperar como media hora mientras la limpiaban y el aseo que hicieron no fue muy bueno, pedimos toallas y jamás llegaron
