Plus: Sehr neuwertige Ausstattung, freundliche, praktische und moderne Einrichtung. Viel Stauraum durch mehrere offene Regale. Ruhige und doch zentrale Lage. Sehr gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Sehr gute Matratze. Großer Kühlschrank. Airfryer und Kapselmaschine für Kaffee. Wohnung war im ganzen sauber. Klimaanlage. Minus: Enger Lift - max. 2 Personen ohne Gepäck, Aufzug fasst nur kleinere Koffer, jedoch kann keine Person dann zusätzlich mitfahren! Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock, Lift fährt jedoch nur bis zur 3. Etage. Letzter Abschnitt bis zur 4. Etage etwas schwer zu finden und enge Wendeltreppe. Für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität nicht geeignet. Keine Töpfe oder Pfannen, keine Schüsseln, dafür aber ein Airfryer. Auf den Regalen im Wohnzimmer/Küche lag sehr viel Staub. Wasser in der Dusche läuft nicht ab.

Das Apartment war sehr sauber (Zimmer, Küche, Bad) alles beim ersten Blick vorhanden. Der Fernseher hatte leider offensichtlich keinen TV-Vertrag, man konnte kein live Programm anschauen. Dies dürfte wirklich nicht passieren. Der Balkon an der Straße ist äußerst verstaubt, nicht renoviert und möbliert (nur ein sparlicher Sessel) und somit nicht nutzbar. Die Fenster lassen Lärm durch, es ist wirklich laut! Zudem alle ASE Studenten sitzen im Lokal im EG und quatschen von morgens bis abends, man kriegt im 2-en Stock alles mit. Fazit: Sehr gut was die Position und die Saubarkeit angeht. Die Ausstattung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Kommuniziert wurde nur telefonisch, was mir fremdlich vorkam, aber funktionierte einwandfrei. Ein Apartment mit Potential!

The location of the apartment is very good and has bus and metro to the old town and airport. The check in was okay but it was disappointing that the room was not cleaned at 5:30 when I checked it. I sent a message to the hotel using the Expedia APP and they apologised and said they didn’t have my phone number to let me know. They could send me a message using the Expedia chat and really don’t think it is fair for them to use this excuse. A cleaner was cleaning the other room and he said my room would be cleaned in 2 hours. Then I left the room and came back at 8:15 am. Another cleaner was cleaning the room and he needed 10 more mins to mop the floor. The room was ready at 8:30 pm. I don’t think it is acceptable where the check in time is from 3pm. The room was clean and the cleaners did their good job. The problem is they don’t have enough cleaner and poor communication with residents. They use laminated flooring throughout the bedroom and dining room. It’s nosiy if there is someone moving things above you.

The unit had a pest problem (cockroaches)

Great location but the room was very dirt

El checking se realiza de manera electrónica pero no hay nadie en el lugar, por lo que si llega uno antes de la hora marcada del checking nadie te recibe y no puedes dejar tus cosas, Es decir una vez que se llega la hora del checking por correo electrónico te mandan unos códigos de acceso tanto a la puerta como a tu habitacion Prácticamente no tienes contacto con personal del establecimiento, sin embargo una vez que sabes cómo funciona el lugar todo fluye

There was some issue with the room. I learned about it in the middle of night when i entered the appartement. I wrote a message in the app with the assumption that i will get a response only in the morning. To my surprise i got a response immidiatlly (it was 3 AM!) from the owner - Anda. She was very responsive and tried to help me anyway she could. I never encountered such a high level of service. So thank you Anda.

It was a nice place and a great location! Only problems were with cleanliness (there was still lots of hair from the last guest in the bathroom and shower). There was also a smell and the A/C made a loud clicking noise that woke me up several times. But it’s a cute little apartment.

Never used a bar. Balcony has ok view

Lovely apartment situated about 30 minutes walk from the old town. Check in was very easy. A bit of a squeeze as there were two adults and two children, and the sofa bed wasn't really for two people but we made it work. Very good value.

Amazing modern facilities and great value for money

L’emplacement, métro, commerces, ligne du bus qui amène à l’aéroport… appartement sympa, déco soignée, mais la salle d’eau est à nettoyer, bac à douche, plaintes et rebords salent, dommage.

Ottimo e zona tranquilla

Camera pulita, spaziosa, ben organizzata, silenziosa e con tutto quelloche serve. Ottima la posizione della struttra, in pieno centro con tanti negozi e bar vicini, fermata metro e bus a due passi così da poter visitare comodamente tutta la città.

The place is immaculate. Very new, very clean, ideal location, very helpful staff. Will stay again next time we are in Bucarest.

I had an amazing time staying at the Little Bucharest Apartments! The location was perfect, the place was spotless and was even better than expected! I would highly recommend staying at this property if you value a clean, safe, and convenient location! I cannot say enough good about how much I enjoyed my stay here! I’ll definitely be booking another apartment here next time I’m in town!

Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel , mit allem was man benötigt, viel Stauraum durch Schränke , Kaffeemaschine mit Tchibo Kapseln, großzügige Betten sehr gute matratzen, ein kleines Balkon mit Sitzmöbeln. 55 zoll Fernseher mit Internet Anbindung. Großzügiges Badezimmer mit Schränke zum verstauen und ebenerdige Dusche. Sehr schön. Aufzug nich für Rollstuhl geeignert.

Appartamento bellissimo con tutti i comfort e vicino alla metro

Ottimo soggiorno. La camera era un monolocale ma aveva tutti i confort, cucina, condizionatore e termosifone con smart tv e Wi-Fi. Aveva la chiusura delle porte codificata che viene fornita dalla proprietaria… l’appartamento dista 30 minuti a piedi dalla Piazza della Costituzione dove ci sono i mercatini di Natale.Al piano terra del palazzo c’è un bar dove poter fare colazione.
