Super friendly staff and delicious food at the Luft! We enjoyed our little room and our stay overall.

One Person check in is very tight space and if there are more than a couple checking in, you face a long wait. Rooms are modern and clean

I am giving a terrible rating for the hotels lack of empathy and unwillingness to be flexible. I have been going through chemo for the last 18 months but desperately wanted to take a vacation. Unfortunately I became ill while we were away and I had to go home. I tried to cancel a reservation with Gravity Haus and was refused twice for a refund or even a credit for a later date. There was absolutely no empathy or compassion from the staff. My son plays hockey in the area so we have to go there quite often. If we want to see him play I know where we will not be staying when we pass through Revelstoke. A little flexibility could go long ways, especially under situations like mine.

Nice clean room. Good price

First of all it is right off the highway and convenient location to get back on the highway. The suite was just right for my granddaughter and myself. We had what we needed. It was a nice surprise to have shampoo, conditioner and soap that are natural products from Rocky Mountain soaps. We were tired when we got there so we tried ordering supper. The order did not get to the restaurant. Staff helped when I went to get my order. They were trying a new system and still trying to iron out the bugs. We got our supper and it was delicious and filling. Later on after eating we found other places we could have walked to for supper. One draw back was when we went to get breakfast there was only one staff member to help with checkout and make breakfast.

Ok for a quick overnight comfy bed and pillow.

Loved my stay at Gravity Haus Revelstoke! Beautiful views, beautiful room, lovely happy hour in the restaurant, friendly staff, and dog friendly! Highly recommend this hotel!!

I rarely leave a bad review, but this property did not meet my expectations. The room was very small and the bed was hard as a rock making sleeping very uncomfortable. Would not recommend this hotel.

Front desk is open to 10 pm but they suggest online check-in, Clean and new No elevator for second floor

We just stopped for the night and didn't utilize any amenities, but the room was perfect for a quick stop. Large king bed, large bathroom and shower. Dark blackout window coverings and we didn't hear a thing at night, although it is located near railway. Only thing to note is there is no microwave in the room, but there is a small fridge. If you are sensitive to smells, the hand soap and shampoo/conditioner are very fragrant aroma-therapy type products. Suggest packing your own if you have any sensitivity to smells. Check in was super easy. If we come this way to ski in the winter, we would definitely stay here again.

Interesting property. First thing to know is that the train runs right beside the hotel and they do provide ear plugs to help if needed and they do acknowledge the town is a train town and part of living or staying there. The room was minimal with enough room for the bed and 2 small end tables but not much more room to layout a suitcase. It was clean, efficient, and priced well for a quick stay on my way through.

It's a really cute hotel. The room was spotless. The bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. We only spent one night and didn't use any of the amenities.

Good small hotel
