Overall, the property was nice, in a great location and good value. Communication with host was not great, there is an online app and Whatsapp, but no one seems to ever check either. The most frustrating thing and why we rated this as low as we did: we reached out to Casa Miravalle over Whatsapp before booking to inquire about construction next door (several reviews complained about this). Casa Miravalle said construction was completed. We arrive, and there is a big construction project directly next door with people actively working on it. Our room was on the opposite side of the construction site so we didn't hear that much, but if we weren't, I'd expect the noise to be quite annoying.

Room was large and clean. Great location and super easy to get around the city from there. Communication was poor prior to check in, but once you get the app access for the check in and check out. All of that was simple.

The suite was clean upon arrival, but the view from my balcony, was terrible. I looked at a sheet, covering a building sight. There was no cleaning service during my stay, and the check in was a little unorganized. My name was not, added to the arrival book, but the staff were kind enough to call someone, who had that fixed. That was an uncomfortable moment. The location was amazing, right in front of parque México. The doormen day snd night were friendly. The design and look of the building was stunning and the rooms massive. All in all s good stay.

Overall we loved this property and location. The apartment was spacious and very clean. It was very safe and secure. Most importantly, the neighborhood is amazing. Lots of great food in walking distance. It is not a very quiet area at night since there is lots going on so you can hear some noise from outside at times. Try to get a top floor here because otherwise you will hear people walking on the floor above. The park across the street was a great place to walk around at night.

Location is excellent and there is a lovely cafe and bakery downstairs. But the place is tired looking. Needs a refresh. Furniture shabby, towels unraveling. The elevator was not working so you had no choice but to walk, there was no hot water for several days and there is no maid service at all. The concierge service is on-line and they never responded to me. It could be great but it’s not.

Had a fantastic stay at the Casa Miravalle! Perfect location; cafe connected to the property, restaurants 30 feet away, the park is literally across the street. The facility is dutifully watched 24hs and feels as safe and secure as any place I've ever stayed. Rooms have a really cool retro vibe and are spotless. Also well equipped for little homemade snacks, and small meals. Can wait to come back!

This is an IDEAL location. Steps from great restaurants, cafes, and a delightful park. Security welcoming and constant. Apartment well appointed, spacious with that all important strong water pressure! Will stay here again. Thank you.
