Não foi boa. Primeiro, tive problema com a fechadura, a senha enviada não entrava de jeito nenhum, depois o microondas não pegava, o que fez eu e meu namorado gastar bem mais do que o esperado, aí nos mudaram para outro quarto, onde o chuveiro não pegava direito, ele desligava sozinho, tava no quente e logo estava no gelado sozinho. Aos porteiros, são muitos simpáticos e cativantes.

My stay at this property was the worst travel experience I’ve ever had. I booked a room for fourteen nights, but checking in was a hassle. The front desk person, who worked every day, acted as if they didn’t know me. I frequently found myself locked out, as entry required a code or facial recognition. Despite the hotel's advertisement for a laundry, the laundry was inaccessible due to a locked door that required a key. The room itself was devoid of any cleaning supplies, which was a major disappointment. The floor was in a deplorable state of filth, necessitating my purchase of a bucket and mop. The dust on the bedstand was half an inch thick. I spent my first day cleaning. Three days into my stay, I tested positive for COVID-19 with severe symptoms. Despite being fully vaccinated and having had COVID-19 before, I struggled to find the antiviral medication Paxlovid, which is critical to start within five days. Unable to find the medication, I had no choice but to medically evacuate. I thoroughly sanitized the apartment and informed the property via WhatsApp about my departure due to a medical emergency, but received no response. Expedia contacted them multiple times without success. I left early on the fourth day and was charged for the ten days I couldn’t stay. The lack of communication and understanding from the property was appalling. They should charge for the nights stayed, not those missed. I will NEVER return here and strongly advise staying elsewhere in Brazil.
