All amenities were removed from resort and beach area became public with locals using parasols. No bars at beach area and no animations. Would only go back if resort becomes all inclusive.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier. Es war wieder alles perfekt. Die Zimmer sind ein bisschen älter, aber das Hotel lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Essen war perfekt. Abwechslungsreich und gut. Das Hotel wird im April zur Generalsanierung geschlossen.

Very nice place specially for adults, not your topical all inclusive resort like must in Dominican Republic.. I like it and will be back if I’m the area.

It was a total absolute joy. I have stood in results in Punta, Cana and Puerto Placa, all inclusive. I will give that up to stay once again in your hotel. Everything was excellent check-in to check out 100%. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Amazing view! Great location on a hill over the bay. Excellent staff. Not much to do on the premises beside pool and nice little beach.

Uns wird ein Bier berechnet, was wir nicht getrunken haben. Daher direkt Beschwerde an der Rezeption. Antwort, ich kann Ihnen nicht helfen bitte am nächsten Morgen wiederkommen. Am nächsten Morgen, eine neue Kollegin hat schon etwas mehr Lust und leitet die Beschwerde wenigstens weiter. Zwei Tage später beim auschecken, das Bier steht natürlich auf der Rechnung. Der arme Mann hinter der Rezeption versucht die Managerin zu erreichen, die natürlich bei einem Meeting ist und keine Zeit für nervende Gäste hat. Also warten wir noch etwas auf ihren Rückruf. Nach einigem hin und her geben wir auf und reisen ab. Es geht natürlich ums Prinzip und den mangelnden Servicegedanken. Die paar Pesos sind egal, aber das es keinen interessiert ist schon bemerkenswert. Ansonsten war das Hotel auch nicht so toll, ist natürlich sehr günstig und daher ok.

The hotel was elegant and comfortable, spacious, very clean. Everything was organic. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Facilities were amazing. Beautiful view of the beach and sorrounded by trees.

todo muy bien con el servcicio del personal y las instalaciones externas, el inconveniente fue que al llegar a la habitacion supuestamente JUNIOR SUITE No estaba completamente decorada , al parecer no estaba habilitada para ocupar ya que el aire acondicionadoy ni el telefono para comunicarnos a recepcion funcionaba..

La experiencia fue muy buena, es el hotel que entiendo que tiene las mejores vistas desde todos los ángulos hacia el mar. Está muy bien ubicado, le faltan algunos detalles que podrían decir como un dejo de cuidado a la infraestructura física. El tema de la media pensión es bueno porque permite libertad de salir del hotel a explorar la provincia, aunque los precios de quedarse son muy buenos. Aunque podrían ofrecer más a quienes paguen el todo incluido.

The check in was unprofessional. We made reservation online, the front desk managed to misspell our last name. Gave us cards for towels, but to get the towels we had to go back to the front desk-couldn’t they just give us towels? This place is huge, lots of stairs. Very inconvenient to go from the pool area to the reception for the towels. Area around pool was not cleaned, lots of empty bottles. Shuttle that takes you between restaurants and room is not on schedule it comes and goes whenever. Had to wait for 30 minutes for the driver to show up. The only good thing was food, hot, tasty (not over salted) and fresh.
