We arrived around 4 PM after calling ahead, and the staff welcome to stepping onto the property genuinely made us feel like royalty. inside a magnificent palace, exquisite services like home a way feeling was prominent factors I had brought my own clean slippers that was instructed. This place is an absolute masterpiece that deserves to remain preserved forever as a true palace. The gorgeous serene garden adds an extra layer of magic to the entire atmosphere. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to the entire security and protection team for making us feel so safe and special, thank you to the wonderful management for the flawless hospitality. From what I saw, not really a hotel, more of a boarding house. Hotel cancelled my Expedia reservation without informing me, then put me in a windowless room with shared common area and bathroom. It was clean and quiet, but not remotely what I was expecting. The room had no amenities, with literal metal folding chairs as the only furnishings other than the bed. I was not issued a receipt, and was not charged what I expected based on my Expedia reservation. The main hotel entrance area looked very nice, so perhaps higher-end rooms are nicer. Don't stay here.

The property is quite large, and they have various room options, ranging from economy setups to family and royal suites, so there is a variety of pricing and layouts depending on what you’re looking for. It also has a lot of amenities, like a shared living room and kitchen, free Wi-Fi, and a basketball area. We had pleasant time and Empress is a stunning beautiful lady in an put. Highly recommend this Empress Palace ( Hotel stays ) to friends.

The room was very spacious and conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. There was access to a kitchen, dinning table and lounge area. However, everything was poorly clean and maintained. The carpet, some towels, and beddings were worn out and stained. The fridge, coffee maker and other kitchen gadgets were dirty. There was mess around, e.g., empty alcohol bottles, deflated balloons in a corner, etc. I don't think it was worth what we paid.

On the page we made a reservation with characteristics that didn’t fit the reality. Note that we’re certain we stayed at the address on the advertisement. The cleanliness of the bedsheets, body towels, and floors was poor. The towels were dirty and smelt bad — we couldn’t use them. The bedsheets were torn and stained. The floors were stained. The rug had used bandaids stuck on it. The person in charge seemed evasive as to how to get to the parking on the backside of the property. Plus, from the start she seemed to insist that we should either pay in cash or through Interac transfer. She also said she wasn’t available from midnight to 12:30 pm to resolve any issues regarding payment, and that we should be out by 12:30 pm. All in all, this place made us feel uneasy. I would not recommend this place. P.S.: we’re not looking for excuses or justifications; we are hoping for our review to help improve customer service, as well as everything we pointed out above.

Nice home a way home type with private room and detached bath is rhe one I I had it booked for my friend and me. Price was less than other hotels around and he liked it when we arrived so I had no error in his mind..haha The place had kitchen and living room ... They have many types to choose Next time we choose private suite.

The hosts are incredibly lovely and clearly take pride in the property. They are available from 3:00 p.m. to Midnight, so keep that window in mind for your arrival. We arrived at 4:00 p.m. and gave them a call; they answered right away and helped us get settled immediately. You can tell they are very trusted and professional. We actually made a mistake and accidentally booked a room that had a shared bathroom. Once we arrived and realized our error, the hosts were great about it. We decided to pay a bit extra to upgrade to a Private Suite instead. It was superb and all the best wishes,for them. Highly peaceful ✌️ and exclusive location and vibe.

My wife and I recently stayed at this Royal Boutique Mini-Hotel, and it was such a refreshing change from a standard hotel. It feels much more personal and exclusive—it’s essentially a private property run like a mini-hotel where every single room is decorated differently. We love to visit there again for FIFA.

I replaced the basic frames and folding chairs with an ornate goldand wooden framed mirror, a marble-top vanity, and matching velvet seating to elevate the room’s texture and palette. We booked VVIP package of 990 dollar and service was 👍 👌 👍

I had a wonderful stay at this Royal Boutique Hotel. The rooms are very beautiful with gold and marble, and it feels like a royal palace! The bed was very comfortable and the place was very clean. I liked that I could pay easily with an e-transfer or a secure link—it was very fast and professional. The staff is very friendly and they make you feel like you are at home. It is a very safe and quiet place for a vacation. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting the area. 5 stars!"
