there is NO beach view from the lodge but a superb distant view of the City of Plymouth across the Tamar river. Property very clean, outside patio area & furniture needs a good pressure wash clean. One single bed lacks headboard, no bathmats for showers, these are minor gripes, it's a lovely place to stay with nearly everything you need inside. Good restaurant on site.
