Room was nice, as were the staff. Our room wasn’t ready until 6pm despite the 2pm check in, we were given 4 drink tokens for the bar as compensation. Breakfast was fantastic.

Location was good, just a 5 minute walk from the centre and other 5 min to get to the landmarks. The room was a bit small but enough for two people, it was clean and quiet but also the room was lacking of amenities or furniture that is essential like a table or a closet. The staff of the hotel is very attentive and helpful.

My room was presumably below a water tank or boiler. Super noisy throughout the night and struggled to sleep. A bit too Instagram for my taste.

We enjoyed our stay at The Hoxton very much. The hotel is right by Haymarket station, which made it easy to get to places. We had drinks at the bar one night and thought the cocktail menu had a good selection, and the drinks were delicious! The staff is also very nice and overall we had a great stay.

Hotel was really cool and one of the nicer hoxtons I have stayed. At first I was happy to hear I was on the third and top floor but then noticed that it would coincide with smaller windows that you can’t see out of and was less impressed. The room was nevertheless quite large and ideal for couples. Location is off the city center, just a couple tram stops away or a short walk. But should be worth knowing

Room was really nice and comfortable. Only issue I had was that I was put in the building opposite, so you feel detached from the hotel. Also the kitchen was not working also, so I could not have breakfast. Overall it is a nice hotel, but just felt a bit let down:

Lovely designed hotel! The staff was super helpful, I forgot to mention my husbands birthday was the day we checked in and they went above an beyond to make him feel special. Also great cocktails!

É um hotel boutique maravilhoso! Lindíssimo e com localização muito boa. A única coisa que não gostei foi que a limpeza precisa agendada. Solicitei a limpeza pela manhã e não fomos atendidos. Tivemos que solicitar novamente e só foram retiradas as roupas de cama e banho. O chão não havia sido limpo. Meu único ponto, pois acredito que tenha sido algo pontual.

Good hotel close to Haymarket train station. Hotel had a good feel, with a friendly bar, lounge area. Our ‘Roomy’ accommodation was in a townhouse on the opposite side of the street from the main hotel. While this was okay it was not mentioned at the time of booking and our key had to be reset 3 times for one overnight stay. Not ideal when you have to keep walking back across to the main hotel in the rain and snow!. The decor was clean and fresh and the facilities such as steamer had never been used. We had no remote for the tv and overall the room felt a little unfinished. The bathroom was nice and spacious however there was no plug for the sink and no heating in there, which meant when you stepped out of the shower it was freezing. Overall it was a good stay but could have been better. Next time we’d book a smaller room and hope to be in the main hotel not the annexe
