It was an awful experience. They charge me $40 dlls extra to have a 3rd child stay in the room. They charge the room on your credit/debit card but the desposit they demand cash. When you are going to check out, they tell the majority of the people that they will not give the deposit back because the towels are stained which is BS. We dont use hotel towels, we alays take our own and they still kept saying that they would not return the deposit because the towels were "stained" horrible experience with them. Will NEVER take my family there again.

I liked everything but one thing I dint like was that they close the pool at 10 pm. It would be nice that they could close it a lot later.

Got charged for a small towel with makeup on it

The room did not have a refrigerator so you couldn’t keep any drinks cold. The location isn’t terrible it’s a bit of a walk to the beach. I was very mad because my girlfriend used their towel to take some of her makeup off and they said they needed to keep my deposit because the towel was “ruined”. Yeah ok like it wasn’t going to wash off in the washing machine. They took my entire $30 deposit for a ratty thin towel that probably costs $5 brand new. Such a scam.

Great place like always never lets us down

The hotel was in a good area but we stayed 3 days 2 nights and they never went to clean our room or change our towels and at check out they charged me 500 pesos for a hand towel that was dirty. Bad service

Amazing amazing property, super friendly staff, accommodating, clean room, free and safe parking, 100% recommended

The property was pretty nice and keep clean but the beds in our suite were super hard. We had a 4 day reservation but left after 2 days because of the uncomfortable bed. They were very understanding and did refund us 2 days of our stay. In addition to the beds the hot tub never got hot it was just warm. The second day they had it on all day but it did not get any warmer. The staff was very very nice and super helpful in every way. I gave them the ratings I did because the staff were very nice!

El baño lo encontramos sucio de una pared, hubo evento y no se podían dormir mis hijas por el ruido duro más de las 2am

Excelente lugar y buena ubicacion solo que trabaja mucho el personal de mantenimiento y los ruidos son muy fuertes , a las 09 am ya estan con el rotomartillo y es un poco incomodo

Great place to stay close to downtown and shops and beach

Un lugar muy agradable con alberca y jacuzzi, un patio muy grande para disfrutar con la familia y amigos, enfrente una tienda y estacionamiento grande y cuidado 24 hrs.
