The property was very difficult to get to on the bumpy dirt road and almost no signage for the hotel so you weren’t sure you were even going the right way. Some of the staff were great others were not. While the room is nice, it lacks a lot of necessary things—for example, the shampoo and body wash came as soap bars, which I’m not against but they don’t work at all and the body wash one (while smells great) is very rough (painful, really) and doesn’t lather.
The hotel didn’t have anybody at the office during checkout and I had to communicate via WhatsApp where the responses were slow and very inconsistent.
The wifi doesn’t work.
I had booked for one night and asked about possibly extending for another on the next morning. I was told verbally, by a hotel employee (Victor) on via the phone, the rate would be the same. After my family planned around this, I get a text message saying the rate is 2.5x what I was told!! Absolutely awful communication and misrepresentation.
While the property is nice, with all the communication issues, difficulties getting there and amenities being sub-par, I would not recommend.
