[Staff] The attitude of the reception staff could use some improvement (there was a lack of detailed explanations to reassure guests during check-in and check-out). The cleaning staff and dining room staff were friendly, cheerful, and polite. [Meals] The breakfast buffet seemed a bit unbalanced. Room service was easy to use. [Facilities] I thought the walls and ceilings needed some repair. The water in the bathrooms and showers was clean, which I think is a great advantage, so I hope they maintain this quality.
