The apartment was very clean, except the toilet, which looked like only the seat had been wiped and the rest not touched in a while, and the shower could use a little maintenance to make look cleaner. After the toilet we kind of lost confidence the whole bathroom was properly clean. The apartment setup is very professional, and well organised. Private parking garage, and small sauna/hot tub, check-in is completely automated. Good value for money, this would have been a 5 star review if the bathroom had received a little more attention.

Overall good accommodation but creaking noises coming out of beds when doing only a slight move was a nightmare. Literally. We couldn't sleep two nights. Apart from that the apartment was rather clean (except hair in shower and dust on conference table in living room). Wifi was slow, too.

Sehr gemütlich und sauber. Ruhige Lage und sehr zentral. Zu fuß 5 min bus zur Blauen Kirche.

Room was according to expectations. The room's picture displayed during the booking does not correspond to reality. Bedroom's bed was extremely sqyeeky. Room was dusted poorly. Air conditioner's filter (air con reked when on) and shower room vent (was also cogged with dust) were not maintained (did not call for maintenance either, there was enough time to maintain them myself :-) ). Shower fixture was loose, again, repaired myself. Despite all this the stay was satisfactory, we rested well and enjoyed the facilities. I guess I overpayed.

The email the day before told us everything we needed to know on how to access the key. We didn't have daily cleaning but were able to access fresh towels. There is a dishwasher and washing machines as well as a tumble dryer all free of charge in the garage do take some washing powder. There is a caretaker about but we were left alone the whole time which was nice

es war ein nettes Appartement,leider ohne Kaffeemaschine.Das einzige Manko,war das Bett,es ist hart.Menschen mit Rückenproblemen ist es nicht zuempfehlen,ich verbrachte die Nächte auf dem Sofa,welches auch nicht viel weicher war.

15일간 머물렀어요. 숙소도 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 주방 시설도 좋아요. 난방도 잘 되어 전혀 춥지않아요. 오히려 더울 정도로 따뜻해요. 거실과 방 모두 난방기조절이 가능해요. 15박하는동안 불편함 없이 지냈어요. 직원분도 친철하시고 직원분이 없을때도 필요한것을 얻는데 불편하지않게 잘 준비해두세요. 세탁기 건조기 모두 자유롭게 사용할수 있고 사용은 안했지만 다리미, 다리미판, 식기세척기도 공용공간에 자유롭게 사용할수 있게 되어있어요. 수영장에서 아이들이 즐겁게 놀았어요. 겨울에 놀기에도 물 온도도 괜찮았고 따뜻하게 유지되고 있어요. 물론 숙박기간 내내 언제든지 자유롭게 사용할수 있어요. 함께 있는 사우나도 작은 공간이지만 좋았어요. 수영하고 사우나하고 샤워하고 숙소로 들어오면 되요. 작은 부분까지 잘 구성되어 있었어요. 체크인시 이메일이나 호텔스닷컴에서 호텔과 연락을 통해 모든 정보를 받을수 있어요. 전화연결이 안되서 조마조마했는데 그때 인터넷에 문제가 생겨서 잠시 전화가 안된거라고 하더라구요. 3~4일전에 호텔과 연락을 주고받는게 마음이 편할것 같아요. 사람이 없어도 알려주는 비번으로 쉽게 체크인 할수 있어요. 숙소는 사진에 보는것과 똑같은 구조와 상태에요. 주차는 지하에 있고 들어가는 입구가 비밀번호로 열려요. 호텔 출입구도 비밀번호를 눌러야 열려요.보안이 잘 되어 있어서 안심이 되었어요. 가끔 윗층의 소리가 들릴때도 있었지만 15일동안 불편하다는 생각은 안들었어요. 호수와 거리도 멀지않아요. 숙소가 언덕에 있긴 하지만 걸어다니는데 괜찮았어요. 다시 헤비즈에 방문하게 되면 이용하려고 해요. 추천합니다.

Da ich schon gegen 8.00 Uhr vor der Unterkunft angekommen bin, hatte ich schlechte Karten, da es keine Rezeption dort gibt. Nach einen Anruf, teilte man uns mit, das man gegen 11.00 Uhr uns einen Zahlencot mitteilen würde um in das Gebäude zu gelangen. Wir sahen uns dann in der Stadt um, die aber auch nicht so toll war. Ich habe dann beschlossen meinen Urlaub abzubrechen, da auch keine Info mehr kam um in das Hotel zu gelangen. Habe auf mein bezahltes Hotel verzichtet und wo anders Urlaub gemacht.

Zatrzymaliśmy się w Fortuna 7 Apartments w drodze z Dubrownika do Krakowa. Pensjonat bardzo czysty, meble nowe, wyposażenie w pełni wystarczające. Największy plus to basen (mały, ale dla dzieci wystarczający) i sauna - w zimie dająca pełny relaks. Duży plus dla parkingu w podziemiach. Jedyny minus to słabe wygłuszenie. Jak ktoś chodził po korytarzu czy w pokoju obok - dało się słyszeć. Generalnie super jakość pobytu za bardzo przyzwoitą cenę. Koniecznie skorzystać z kąpieli w termalnym jeziorze. Polecamy ten obiekt i miasto!

Väl ordnat hus med flera lägenheter, ingen reception men du får instruktioner hur du kommer in så du kan komma när du vill dygnet runt. Fri parkering, små trångt men tryggt. Det finns inomhus pool och bastu. Wi-Fi ingår, lätt att ansluta till utan en massa trassel. Sängen var lite hård, men jag sov gott i den. Rekommenderar.
