Clean and correct and good value. We don’t have any faults!

There was no front reception. We were allocated a room that was dirty and unmade. We got a new room but it had a whole heap of issues. There was only one bowl to eat out cereal from. There were no microwave bowls to cook with no sauce pan for the cooktop, hairdryer had the wrong plug and was therefore unusable, the balcony door was not lockable, microwave so dangerously high - I had to stand on a chair to put things in an out. only one chair to sit at the dining room table, no tea towel to dry dishes, cigarette butts on the balcony but the worst problem that we were directly below the pool and the pool motor which turned on for about 10 minutes in every 40. It kept us awake, woke us up and it was so loud we could not hear the TV over it. When we complained about it, Expedia were wonderful in contacting the hotel but Expedia were told no noise coming from the hotel. When I tried to contact the hotel directly, they ignored me. Other than the above the room was spacious.

Localização insuperável, quase todos os passeios caminhando, tudo novo, quarto super amplo com cozinha. Obs: limpeza do quarto a cada 03/04 dias, café da manhã falta algo salgado, tipo queijo e presunto.

El apartamento , le falto limpieza para mi gusto ! Se ve q estaba decoupado de dias , y no tubo una limpieza a fondo , mucha Tierra . Personal de entrada , muy bien , desayuno estaba bien , el lugar es lindo y cerca de la ciudad .

I vores booking stod der værelse med ‘byudsigt’ hvilket betød udsyn lige ind til de andre lejligheder og absolut ingen byudsigt. Derudover var der steder hvor der ikke var gjort rent, samt køkkenudstyr der ligeledes ikke var rent. Morgenmaden var okay, men ikke noget at skrive hjem om. Terrassen og poolen var udmærket. Alt i alt et ret skuffende ophold hvor man ikke fik som lovet eller vist.

La limpieza de la habitación fue regular, tenia las sabanas sucias y las almohadas están muy viejas y manchadas, realmente antihigienicas.

Good location in San Telmo. The breakfast is a minimalistic grab-and-go. The rooms are spacious but wearing signs of wear and tear.

The place is well located in Microcentro and a few blocks from Puerto Madero. The room is spacious and provides basic amenities for a short stay. The only problem is the loud music that can be heard from a club nearby.

Ótima piscina, acomodações excelentes, fogão de indução, cafeteira, frigobar... O café da manhã conta com pouca ou nenhuma opção de proteínas. Frutas, pães, folhados, croissant, iogurte e cereais, café, chá e suco todos os dias.

Everything about the place was amazing. Not sure why they advertise it as self check in and there not being a front desk, there is a front desk and they scan your finger to allow access into the hotel. Caused some confusion when we were under the impression the front desk didn’t exist. But the place and location were fantastic
