We had an excellent stay at Kizen Villa. Everything was exactly as expected, and the property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special thank you to the General Manager, Fang, who was absolutely awesome. Her communication was excellent from the very beginning, and she was always quick to respond to any questions. She went above and beyond by helping us with local bookings and even assisting us with our luggage transfer. making our stay completely stress-free. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly made a difference. We highly recommend Kizen Villa to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay, and we would gladly return on our next visit.

Located between a subway stop and a train station, with a couple of grocery stores nearby, we felt we could settle in and easily explore.

Loved loved loved Kizen Villa. First of all loved the location. It is located on an outskirt, so it was much quieter and more peaceful than the busier inner cities, but still close enough to easily travel to the big cities. It sits right between two different train stations which made it really convenient when traveling to and from different places. There is one large grocery store and 3 convenient stores just a short walk away. The apartment is very spacious. Loved that the kitchen had a regular size fridge, a stove, microwave, toaster, rice pot, pans, and cooking utensils since we prefer not to eat out every meal. One of the nearby convenience stores is 7-11 and apparently it has the best rate for money exchanges. Loved that there was a washer and dryer in the apartment so we could do laundry. Had a very spacious shower and tub. The toilet is separate from the rest of the bathroom, it has its own little room and has a pretty high-tech bidet that opens when you walk in the room and closes when you leave. Fang, the property manager was very friendly and helpful. There are scooters and bikes you can rent right on the property. My son who loves anime found that the prices of anime items in the city where Kizen Villa is was much cheaper than in the big cities.

Nice property in a good location near a subway station and many amenities. Clean and quiet.

The host was very gracious when our flight was delayed. The location is right next to the Tokyo Metro and JR lines. Great escape from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo or anywhere else!

Great communication, easy to access between multiple stations, comfortable rooms with personalized AC for each room.

The good: the location was great. Close to a few metro stations and lots of buses. Our hostess/property manager was extremely pleasant and welcoming. The bad: the layout of the 2br suite was just bizarre. You entered into a common room of sorts with strange seating. Then you walked through what appeared to be a wardrobe with a sink (??) In to the first bedroom. Quite small, 2 small beds. You exit that room to enter the shower area which only has a curtain for privacy unless you closed in the guests to to the other small rooms. Next came the private washroom on the right past the shower, then the kitchen past the bathroom, also on the right. Lastly was the 2nd bedroom, quite spacious with 2 larger beds. They were insanely uncomfortable! The floor was better than either of these 2 beds. One was so soft you sunk in to the point where it was hard to get out of bed, and the other was like sleeping on bricks. And all of the pillows were dreadful. The kitchen was very small with only a single burner hotplate for non-microwave cooking. I have stayed in other locations of this nature in Tokyo, Osaka, Naha and Ishigaki and they were vastly superior.

Very home-like vibe! The location is close to stations alongside shops/food options that are nearby. As for the room, it was nice and clean! The staff were very friendly and helpful with the process and alongside any inquiries we had. I can definitely recommend KIZEN VILLA! :)

Such a nice place for a group to stay! We found it very comfortable and it had everything we needed. Very spacious and convenient for getting on the train. Fang was an excellent host!

I truly recommend this establishment if you want quiet area close to subway, bakery, grocery store. The host is an amazing and caring person that helps with all your needs.

Staff is very nice and accommodating. Got the 2 bedroom and it was huge. A bit quiet so you’ll need to train or grab to most places.

너무 좋았어요. 3층은 30평 정도되서 6인 이상도 충분히 잘 수 있고, 매일 11시 이후에누 키젠카페어서 커피도 한잔 할 수 있어 정말 좋아요

Perfect stay felt as if I had a home here in Tokyo, the staff is very friendly and are always willing to help out. The area is also amazing to walk around as well as a 5 min walk away from the closest metro station

Highly recommend Kizen Villa! Location was great, very close to the subway station that can take you right into Shinjuku and other popular parts of Tokyo. The facility was very clean and the staff was so kind. We stayed as a family of 5 and it had all the amenities and space we needed. This location would be great for groups too.
