Habitación limpia y la relación calidad precio muy bien

They were incredibly helpful and replied to emails very quickly. Very nice place but was hard to find but there directions on the email sent was very very helpful. Check in was so smooth and easy. The free to use laundry room was AMAZING and so so helpful!! The only downside was that the rooms smelled funny and there were stains on the bedding. But that is it. Everything else was perfect and it was in a perfect location. Would highly recommend regardless

Muito boa cozinha para uso geral, lavanderia sem custo adicional, localização perfeita, só no quarto não precisa de nichos na parede pois dificulta o acesso por o quarto ser pequeno. Fora isso tudo ótimo. Atendentes maravilhosas

Good location, bad communication with support desk and the worst process

The apartment was wonderful, the room was big, the bed was so confortable and it was super clean, close to the train station, restaurants, supermarkets, stores.. etc.

The location and facilities at the property are fantastic, however in our apartment the A/C was broken and it was 29°C outside so this was far from ideal. Would stay again, however would require A/C to be working as advertised. 3/5

The bed was pushed tight against three walls so that one person had to crawl in and out. The bed had hair of a previous resident in it. There were brown smears on the inner doorframe of the bathroom. (💩?) The shower door was broken, but a staff person did come to repair it on our second day there. The in-room refrigerator did not work.

Excelente localização, muito próximo a estação central. Local tranquilo, com transporte publico na porta, inclusive para o aeroporto. Recomendo fortemente.

Convenient location. Access to transportation. Basic room, clean and well maintained.

Value for money. Though it says it was a 6 minute walk from the main train station, it would be hard to go to this apartment with our luggages. We had to take a cab when we reached Kebi restaurant as there were a lot of stairs to pass through. We survived the 1st one but wouldn't dare to carry our heavy luggages over 100 steps. The good thing about the apartment is that it has laundry but you have to bring your own detergent. Also, got this apartment since there's a tram (tram no. 10) that stops in front of the apartment that goes directly to the airport. Though it is also noisy at night but the tram stops around 10 pm to 10:30 pm. Overall, it's value for money. Recommend this apartment if you are not sensitive to noise. The apartment payment can install noise proof windows. We also availed of their breakfast and Alex was very friendly.

It’s clean.

Fabulous central location. The shared kitchen was great. A fridge would have been good but I understand why it may not be practical if people leave stuff in it when they check out. The mattress was way too soft for me but everything else was great.

Room is clean as advertised

O apartamento é muito bom. Tem tudo que precisa, e a localização é muito boa. Tendo um ponto de tram em frente e o número 10 vem do aeroporto direto. A única coisa que acho que podia acontecer é ter checkout às 12 horas e não as 10 horas que é muito cedo. E não adianta ter uma cafeteira no quarto sem as cápsulas. E o ar condicionado embora tem o controle no quarto, a temperatura não altera. E outra coisa que faltou na cozinha compartilhada é uma torradeira. Obrigada! Mas ficaria novamente
