En gral bien pero en el baño no había toallas para ser se manos y no estaban tan limpios

La habitacion era comoda y limpia, no tuve alguna queja con ella, el ambiente muy silencioso, y siento que el espacio no es tan idea para familia.

Habitación limpia, personal amable, le falta contar con un cobertor para el frío nocturno

It was okay the location was good, but there is no sign to identify the place, which makes it hard to find. On Saturday, we didn't get toilet paper. Be sure to bring your own towels because, for some reason, it's hard to get them there. They don't have an iron or a blow dryer. Be sure not to leave nothing in the bathroom, or they will throw it out. They didn't tell us this when we arrive. Its 3 flights of stairs, and we got the last 2 rooms on the top last floor, so be prepare to climb stairs if you get those rooms. I do think they can improve the door locks because they seem old and unsafe, but they do have cameras in the hallways. In conclusion, its more like a hostal and not suites and I think they can improve the place.

Hice reservación hoy en la madrugada lo cual acudo y me dijeron que era hasta las 2 pm mi habitación pregunté por reembolso la chica fue muy grosera hostil y me dijo que ignoraba la informaron del reembolso no me presenté a la habitación por obvias razones de q no era el horario que yo necesitaba y ahora no sé cómo recuperar mi dinero

They didn’t have clean towels when we arrived. Bathroom needs maintenance, you can see mold in the shower.

Muy buen servicio, solo que no avisaron que al pasarse 10 min de la hora del check out, habia un cobronde 300 pesos

La ubicación es excelente! Lo malo en mi experiencia fue la cama, estaba dura, se escucha mucho ruido tanto al exterior y también lo de las demás habitaciones! Según yo mi habitación debería tener baño privado, pero resultó ser que no, son baños compartidos tanto wc como regadera!
