Everyone was super nice the food was really good. The staff from the hotel Every single person from the maintenance to the kitchen staff (Marcos) and the security the receptionist were super niceee. I recommend this hotel 10/10 The hotel is clean safe.

Some pastimes are needed specially because people often spend more than a week here with very little to do. Microwave is a must on every room. A mini fridge is a must in every room. A coffee maker is a must in every room. Breakfast was bland and flavorless

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the place was clean, and it was very close to the consulate if you need to visit it. The only problem was that the single rooms are small and have no windows and the bigger room that we changed to had paper-thin walls. It sounded like the people in the next room to ours were in the same room. Overall it was okay and staff really make the difference.

Si llegas tarde,ya no respetan tu reservación,y te dan la de estudiante, dónde solo está la cama casi pegada con otra habitación,un cuarto de 3 por 3

Excelente todo, solo un detalle al regresar la puerta de mi habitación no abrió, un problema con la cerradura, el personal me dio otra habitación y me extendió mi hora de salida. Me agradó que supieran darme una solución y un excelente trato. Super recomendados.

El desayuno un poco más de variedad, pero está muy rico, las habitaciones están muy limpias, el personal muy amable y atentos, falta un mapa sobre las tiendas y restaurantes más cercanos para salir y ver y que lugares más cercanos para visitar y distraerse un poco
