Perfect for an early next day departure to Machu Picchu. Staff was amazing and so accommodating! Complimentary early morning bagged breakfast was perfect for a long day at Machu Picchu!

A. Equipe muito educada e prestativa. Café da manhã modesto. Localização boa, perto de muitos restaurantes. Único ponto negativo foi o nosso aquecedor que não estava funcionando bem.

チェックアウト後にストレージに荷物を預かってもらっていました。ホテルに戻ったらスタッフが居なくて、ベルを鳴らしても誰も出てきませんでした。 列車の時間が迫っていたので迷いましたがストレージのドアを触ってみたら開いたので勝手に荷物を取りだしました。 荷物を取り出せた点は良かったともいえますが、他の人達の荷物を盗ることも可能な状況だったので、期限だなとも感じました。

El lugar es tranquilo, muy bien ubicado. Cerca a trenes y buses a Machu Picchu. Las habitaciones son excelentes, súper cómodas, impecables, bonitas, muy agradables y cuentan con todo lo necesario. Incluye desayuno, y preparan box breakfast si se sale muy temprano. Muy gentiles y dispuestos a ayudar. Ruth de recepción fue muy amable. Nos gustó mucho.

Cheap Hotel so can’t complain for the price. Bed was solid and clean. But the room clearly had not been cleaned. Still spills left on the wood tables from other guests and in the closet etc. Bathroom was solid but the water didn’t get very warm for me. Decent for 1 night if ur going to MachuPicchu. Staff was very nice and left snacks in the morning for me before MachuPicchu. Also offered to hold luggage for me.

Mostly good except the heater didn’t work overnight. Close to everything, we even hiked up and down to the Machu Picchu from the hotel!

+ Very friendly staff. The rooms look like the pictures. Good location. - Wifi sometimes stops working. As others said, there's not much daylight, it's due to the city though. If you want any sleep, don't accept a room facing the alley in front of the hotel! Local drunks use it as their assembly ground to drink until late in the night and the windows of the room have a gap in-between them, so there's zero sound isolation from the street. I could barely sleep a few hours..

The hotel was the worst of our stays in Peru. The rooms smelled of mildew, the staff advised we would have house keeping, and housekeeping never showed up. Do not recommend.

Great location,quiet room and excellent staff

Staff was very friendly and accommodating! You can hear nose fairly easily if people staying are not quiet but not much you can do to control that. There are signs to be quiet during late or early hours but some people don’t care lol.

We stayed at this hotel while visiting Machu Picchu, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing overall. The hotel is located at a higher elevation in Aguas Calientes, which makes carrying luggage there quite difficult. I asked the reception if they could assist with luggage transportation, especially since several other hotels in the area offer complimentary luggage transfers, but they were unwilling to help. Another issue was the lack of hot water in the bathroom sinks. The only way to get hot water was through the shower. The rooms also felt extremely humid, and since the washrooms do not have exhaust fans, the humidity would stay trapped in the room and make it uncomfortable. There was also no room service available during our stay, and the hotel only provided very limited amounts of soap and shampoo, which was inconvenient for guests staying more than one night. Breakfast was also inconvenient. Instead of having food prepared or available buffet-style, they make each breakfast individually only after guests come down to the lobby. This caused long waits, especially in the mornings when many guests were heading out at the same time. If you have an early train to catch, be prepared to wait for everyone ahead of you before your breakfast is even started. The only positive aspect was the overall vibe around the area. There are plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops nearby, and the hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and the Ministry of Cult

Honestly not sure how to write this review. Lots of issues with check in- they didn’t have 3 of our reservations. So we all had to double up- disappointing

Simple but Nice, quiet and well located. They kept our luggage until later on the day

Amazing place, I recommended to everybody. It was really clean!

We were so pleased that we chose this hotel, which is a mere 30 seconds from a mass of restaurants. Also five minutes from the rail and bus stations.

The staff was so friendly the girl at the counter was so nice breakfast was at 6am but we had to leave before that and they made us a breakfast bag and a bottle of water to go and they stored are bags for the day for free so when we got back from or day a machu picchu picked up are luggage they girl at the counter was there still so helpful 💯 recommend and close the the bus station and train station

Good location for tours. Quiet in evening. Breakfast made to order and generous portions.
